Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and noise. The rooms were chic and spacious, and the staff was friendly. However, being a front-facing room on a lively Friday night meant constant noise from outside. The availability of earplugs would have been a simple solution to this issue.
The hotel's rooms are well designed and first-class for a family visit, with the option to dine at the restaurant La Mancha. However, the noise outside from people in Neath affected my sleep quality due to being in a front-facing room on a lively Friday night.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a friendly staff, but the dining experience could be improved. The location is convenient with some noise factors to consider. Overall, good value for money.
